Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
Saturdays 09:00am – 12:00pm
Our client is looking for an experienced customer service representative to join them on a permanent basis at their site based in Milton.
The duties of the role will consist of the below:
• Answering inbound calls.
• Preparing pricing and quotations for customers.
• Updating and maintaining accounts details in Sage.
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
• Liaising with customers throughout the sales process.
• Liaising with customers via email.
• Providing information on products and making suggestions on product selection.
• Upselling and offering alternatives as appropriate.
• Being first point of contact for customers.
• Following up on quotations and designs sent out.
• Processing receipts and expenses.
• Ordering with suppliers.
• Diary management and booking appointments.
• Dealing with queries.
• General administration duties.
Candidates must have their own transport due to the location.
