Description:	Due to recent growth our client based in Huntingdon is expanding their sales team, and are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Sales Executive to join the team. This role is a demanding one and the successful candidate needs to be a self-starter and sales/target driven. The primary role will be to source new business and maintain current relationships to maximise the sales of Gateway Publishing products and services. Responsibilities: • Direct field sales, cold calling (business to business). • Maintain accurate notes and records on the company database. • To develop and maintain a good working relationship with other relevant departments. • Generate new business, working to targets. • Grow existing customer’s accounts. • Visiting customers, existing and new. The Ideal Candidate: • Will be able to communicate effectively at all levels • Will have experience in field sales, calling and lead generation and development • Will have experience in MS Word and MS excel , with MS Access an advantage • Will be able to work to monthly individual and team targets • Will be a self-starter, able to work effectively and on occasion unsupervised • Will have a Can-do attitude to problem solving • Will have good organisation and time keeping skills • Will have a full, clean, driving license • Access to a vehicle an advantage but not essential Hours of Work: Office hours, with some travel. 37.5 hours per week
