A general Accounts Assistant role tasked with undertaking general day to day accounting duties:
• Purchase Ledger - Checking and inputting invoices, liaising with Suppliers.
• Sales Ledger - Raising customer invoices, assisting customers with invoice queries.
• Chasing outstanding payments.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Intrastat Returns.
• Dealing with multiple currencies.
• Monitoring of company cashflow.
•
Candidates will have general accounting experience and be self starting. A keen eye for details and a systematic approach is essential. Good PC skills required. Knowledge of Sage would be of benefit. Candidates will have a flexible approach and be happy to assist in other areas of the business during busy periods.
