PART TIME HOURS - Approx 5 per day Mon - Fri - Can be flexible on the exact times.
Our Client is a successful small business. As part of a small team, primarily responsible for processing customer orders onto the system. This will include:
• Receiving orders via email and telephone.
• Sending order acknowledgements via email.
• Pro-actively making contact with the customer to discuss any amendments needed.
• Accurately inputting the order onto the system.
• Raising the invoice and passing this to Production for use as despatch note.
• Handling incoming calls.
• Receiving and distributing the post.
• Checking and inputting supplier invoices using Sage.
• All related administration.
Candidates will be part of a small team and as such will need to have a flexible, can-do approach. There are occasions when you may need to assist in other areas of the business as and when needed. Good communication skills are key.
There will be the requirement to occasionally work full time to cover holidays and busy periods.
