Our client is a well established print, branded clothing and promotional products company with Offices in Peterborough and Saffron Walden. Due to expansion of our clothing and promotional products department they are looking to add recruit a Sales Co-ordinator position in their Peterborough Office/Warehouse.
Duties:
• Managing flow of orders for clothing and promotional products;
• Input orders on the system, producing order acknowledgements, chasing proofs and agreeing delivery dates.
• Client and supplier liaison via phone and email about clothing and promotional product orders and samples.
• Follow up on sales enquiries; compiling quotes to ensure best prices for customers.
• Liaising with the clothing production team daily to ensure orders are delivered on time to the correct specifications and customers are kept in the loop with any issues.
• Ensuring the ordering system is kept up to date at all times
• Ordering samples and clothing stock
• Liaising with the Office Manager on accounts queries and invoicing.
• Answering the phone
• Setting up databases for mail outs.
• Sending out direct mail promotions
Skills required:
• Confident communicator at all levels (particularly telephone)
• Good Organisational skills
• Self motivated
• Proactive with good attention to detail, computer literate including Excel and must enjoy working as part of a team.
Hours of work are 8:45-5:15 Monday to Friday.
