Our Client is situated in smart offices in easy access of the A14. This role involves liaising with Customers and processing orders for their Print requirements working in the Customer Service Department (10 people). Duties will include:
• Accurately processing orders onto the system.
• Handling calls from Clients regarding service/ product queries.
• Filing.
• Liaison with other departments regarding job details.
• Handling incoming emails, responding in a timely manner.
• General associated administration.
Candidates will have a bit about them and be adept in working to targets and deadlines. Accuracy is absolutely key!! Previous experience of liaising with Clients is essential.
The equivalent perm salary is up to £18k
