Description: | This is a Customer facing role responsible for the Property Lettings process from initial customer enquiry through to undertaking viewings and confirming lettings.
Main Job Function:
• Handle all customer enquiries positively and professionally. • Support marketing activity to maximise the likelihood of letting properties. • Support work securing new Landlords and properly recording details of all new properties. • Provide administrative support to all applicant referencing.
Customer Enquiries:
• Handle all customer contact and conversations promptly, in a professional and helpful manner. • Deliver all responses to customers in accordance within the timetable agreed with them. • Maintain a good general knowledge of the company's services, operations and developments to ensure customer enquiries can be handled efficiently.
Marketing Activity:
• Accurately collect all relevant information for each customer, recording details on the database. • Call out on database to obtain viewings. Ensuring all applicants receive regular updates of relevant properties. • Attend viewings and use knowledge to identify alternatives for applicants. • Review web portal statistics, identify any properties which have low level hits and recommend amendments to improve this. • Update Landlords on a weekly basis on the marketing of their properties. • Co-ordinate the layout of printed media and new website content.
The successful candidate will have Customer facing experience and be able to develop rapport easily. This is a busy role where you are required to manage multiple tasks all at varying stages so the ability to 'plate spin' and multi-task is key.
MUST HOLD A FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND BE AGED OVER 21 FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.
