The ideal candidate will support & assist the efficient and effective running of the Software Solutions and BI Teams.It is essential that the candidate has solid administration and organizational skills along with excellent communication skills at all levels.
Previous experience of working within a Project Management Office as understanding the terminology used would be beneficial however not essential.
Key to delivery of this objective will be the provision of an effective organizational and administration services of the teams.
General office administration including supporting the management team in their day-to-day activities. Quality assurance administration including local quality documents and records Personnel record administration including leave records, training records, PDR records Procurement/finance administration including ordering, payment queries, record keeping, report production Health and safety administration including systems and records relating to safety equipment Filing and record keeping administration including paper systems and shared electronic drives Secretarial duties including: arranging meetings, seminars, training, accommodation and attendance; agenda production, minute taking and production; letter production Production and collation of regular and adhoc reports Lending office assistance to the manager and managers team including acting as central point of contact Organisational support to the manager including email and diary organisation Maintaining team whereabouts records and rota records Good written and verbal communications Good data handling skills Strong organisational and administration abilities Strong minute taking skills Literate in general computer skills with good keyboard skills Experienced in use of Microsoft Office applications Preferably experienced in other IT systems used by AWS such as SAP, or capable and willing to learn Willing and able to work at different locations as required
Able to juggle numerous different tasks and adapt and reprioritise as circumstances demand to meet requirements and timescales Drives own workload and anticipates managers needs rather than having to be asked Actively seeks to bring as much productivity and efficiency as possible to own role and processes affecting own role Actively makes decisions on managers behalf, whilst recognising and working within boundaries set for this
