To provide payroll and related administrative services to a portfolio of clients via our Payroll Bureau; to include: • All stages of payroll processing; o Data entry. o Workplace pensions. o Preparation of payroll reports. o Preparation of payslips. o Ensuring all RTI reporting filed in a timely manner. • Liaising with clients. • Answering queries via email, telephone and face to face. • Liaising with HMRC where necessary. • General administrative duties in responding to letters and emails etc.
Candidate must be: • Organised • Have a good eye for detail • Must be able to manage time effectively
Candidate must have: • Good knowledge of Sage and Payroll Manager • Good knowledge of the Workplace Pensions • Good communication skills • Experience within a payroll office or bureau • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook • Enthusiasm
Please be aware that longer hours may be necessary at month end.
Approximately 200 payroll clients, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual.
