Working for an online fixed price recruitment business you will be supporting a team of Recruitment professionals who are managing online recruitment campaigns on behalf of their clients. As the Client Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the sales inboxes and will be the first point of contact for clients who have placed recruitment advertising.
You will be responsible for booking the clients 1st appointment with their dedicated Account Managers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Extensive diary management working with up to 5 inboxes. • Dealing with 50 - 70 calls per day and arranging the appointments. • Making these calls within a tight 48 hour cycle ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service at all touch points • Keep and manage effective records via CRM systems.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as directed by the team.
Skills and experience:
• Previous telemarketing experience in appointment setting, collections, or outbound customer service is essential • Bright, energetic and detail-oriented • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Professional attitude and polished telephone communication skills • Must have strong customer service and listening skills • Must be computer literate using common applications, including Word, Excel and email
