Our Client is a large distributor of specialist construction products. They offer a clear career path for those wishing to develop and progress. Situated in modern offices with plenty of parking available and easily accessible by public transport.
This role is situated within a large team who are responsible for processing Supplier invoices received from a vast Branch network of Trade Counters across the UK. Duties will include:
• Dealing with incoming post and distributing this appropriately. • Scanning necessary documents onto the system. • Checking invoices for anomalies and errors. • Accurately inputting invoices onto the system in an efficient manner. • Cash Allocation. • Liaison with the Branch Network as appropriate. • Providing cover for the Reception desk as necessary - Meeting and greeting visitors, handling incoming calls etc. • General administration - filing, faxing, photocopying.
Candidates need accurate data entry skills as this is a high volume environment. A keen eye for detail and the desire to learn.
