Our Client is a successful organisation providing office equipment to business across the UK. Situated in modern offices this friendly team are looking for a new person to join their customer service department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling customer queries and enquiries from initial call to resolution i.e. investigate, provide information, credit note if applicable,communicate with customer and credit control
• Communicate with the sales team to resolve any customer or agreement queries, in addition to providing sales and customer information
• Customer satisfaction - complaints, surveys, non-conformances
• Administer cancelled/upgraded agreements - final readings, machine return, update database
• Sales reports - renewals, aged equipment (MIF)
• Assist with meter reading collection - telephone and software
• Maintenance of customer database
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, sales administrators and finance team.

• Resolve customer queries within 48 hours of receipt
