Our Client is a very successful, well respected telecoms company who deal with all the major players in this industry.

They are situated in very smart offices, easily accessible by Public Transport. An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the Sales Team. Tasked with providing support to the Recruitment process in the team, duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all the recruitment transactional processes, including:
• Insure all internal paperwork relating to the recruitment process is signed and filed
• To check and post all job adverts on to external job websites, company website and relevant social media sites and keep updated
• Overseeing the recording and tracking of job applications
• Formatting CV’s
• Arranging interviews, booking interview rooms, e-mailing all interview invitations
• Assist with production of relevant management information and reports - month end Day Rate Reports, Overtime reports
• Maintain internal database of contractors, collating all contractor compliance documents (Ltd. company/Umbrella company details, Insurance details, passport copies/visas, H&S documents, company Induction, Personal details forms, references and any other relevant documentation
• Monitor contractors’ required certificates and documentation
• Creating and processing timesheets at the end of each month (obtaining approvals from Line Managers, matching timesheets with invoices, checking rates etc.) and forwarding for approvals
• Updating rotas/trackers (contractors’ planned shifts, contractors’ actual shifts worked as per month end timesheets, sickness/holidays, new PO numbers for specific contractors/teams received)
• To support the Resource Account Manager on various projects including the development of a Talent Pool.
• Liaison with external advertising agencies and temporary recruitment agencies
• To deal with and resolve queries relating to recruitment and advertising
General:
• To maintain professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities.
• To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job.
• Carry out all work in accordance with the company quality procedures
• Work safely at all times in accordance with the company’s Health and Safety Arrangements
