Full Time Receptionist - Temp to Perm - £8.00 - £10.00 ph
Our client and its future is totally reliant on its customers, and as a Receptionist, you will create a first and lasting impression for these clients over the phone or when visiting the office. They are looking for someone to start January 2016.
· Answering phone and greeting visitors
· Monitoring all people entering/leaving the building and issuing passes to visitors/contractors
· Keep Reception area tidy and free of deliveries
· Booking meeting rooms on and off site
· Screening calls and keep phone lists up to date
· Provide administrational and secretarial duties to a high standard
· Order office supplies and other adhoc duties when needed
· Update computer systems and provide admin support for projects.
· Other Office Services related tasks as required
Skills Needed:
· Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Computer literate with Microsoft Office
· Flexible in approach
· Passionate about people
· Able to create a reception environment that you are proud of
Working hours – Monday to Friday – 8am – 4.30pm.
