| Description: | Our client is seeking a part time accounts assistant, to run accounts for a company providing cleaning services to domestic and commercial industries.
30 hours per week, 9am - 3.30pm Mon-Fri.
Currently based in Fenton, the company is re-locating to St. Ives in December.
• Job Specification
• Candidates will need to show experience in all aspects of book-keeping;
• Credit Control - Management of payments and debtors
• Sales Ledger Processing - Invoicing, dealing with clients, remittance processing
• Purchase Ledger Processing - Managing all purchase ledger transactions, reconciliation, payment processing
• Bank Reconciliation - To account and to Sage
• Cash Handling - Cash received, reconciliation and processing, petty cash
• CIS - Payment processing
• Expenses & Company Credit
• Reporting - Profit & Loss, Creditors/Debtors, CIS, Weekly Sales Figures
• Budget Forecasting
• Knowledge of Sage is essential, and the ability to show experience in all of the above
Person Specification
• The right candidate must have a keen eye for detail, be able to work on their own initiative, and provide information in a timely manner.
• Accuracy is essential as is being organised and methodical in approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, to deal with customers and external contacts.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work to, and sometimes implement own processes.
Temp to Perm
£10.00 per hour, rising to £11.00 per hour once permanent.
