Working for a 20 year old Australian business focused on bringing health and wellbeing to its thousands of customers.
Supported by the team in the companies HQ which is based on Australia's east coast, you will be working as part of team of 5 people in the Peterborough based Head Office.
Communicating daily with the Head office and your UK based line manager, your role will be to ensure smooth operation of either our German or Spanish Customer service via the phone and or email system.
Duties will include answering phones, responding to emails, answering live chat which comes through our websites, liaising with various departments including dispatch.
The office is quiet but busy; the successful applicant will be a self-starter, strongly motivated towards success and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
You must be able to speak / write Spanish or German fluently, and previous experience in customer service is preferred and would be seen as an advantage.
With offices in Australia, China and the UK with ambitions to move across Europe. The person that fills this role will have the opportunity to be part of this growth over the years to come.
