Description: | Our client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Representative who will engage with all levels of management, support and production employees providing guidance on a wide variety of human resource topics including resolution of personnel, wage/salary and benefit-related issues. Your HR knowledge and skills will be utilized daily and you will be given the opportunity to learn and improve your skills.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the development of and administering a wide variety of Human Resource services and functions for a facility, division or Shared Services. • Aligning responsibilities to ensure acting as a strategic Human Resources partner with customers. • Recruiting needs and planning. • Leading new employee orientation. • Acting as Liaison with Regional and Corporate Human Resources. • Interfacing with Corporate Human Resources, Compensation + Benefit and Payroll personnel to assist with coordinating the resolution of employee issues and problems within HR areas. • Coordinating between process owners and service center groups to reflect process changes in a standard format. • Meeting expectations in delivering results, considering alternative courses of actions, making timely decisions and continuing to build strong relationship with peers and customers. • Managing multiple priorities and staying abreast of current regulations and human resource management.
Required Qualifications:
• Broad knowledge in various areas of human resource including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation and company policies and procedures. • College or university degree or equivalent experience. • In addition, 3-5 years of human resources job-related experience are typically required. • Excellent human relations and communications skills in order to deal with sensitive issues and to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside.
