Description: | Job Purpose: Administer incoming telephone and email enquiries, negotiating with the customer to secure the sale at point of call with subsequent follow up calls, service calls and customer referrals.
Responsibilities: • Administer incoming telephone and email enquiries, negotiating with the customer to secure the sale of core products at point of call. • Administer follow up calls where a sale was not closed in addition to service calls seeking customer referrals. • Accurately take course fees via Sec Pay and book appropriate course. • Set up Open Day appointments for Area Development Team with prospective clients if required. • Quote prices accurately, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction. • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM system and database. • Attend sales meetings and any other training programs as required. • Be a goodwill ambassador for the company by the courteous treatment of all customers, ensuring at all times the professionalism of the company is upheld. • Ensure that company procedures are adhered to and actions documented where necessary. • Maintain your own health & safety.
The salary is £20,330 per annum plus uncapped OTE of £37,000.The workings hours for this role are 40 hours per week and will rotate between the shifts below -
Week 1. 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch Week 2. 11.00am until 8.00pm Monday to Friday with a one hour meal break.
