JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide the highest levels of support and information to the Resourcing team, in supporting the recruitment process, including specific information on advertising, pre selection tools and techniques and recruitment timescales. To coordinate specific initiatives and projects relating to the on-going promotion of jobs and careers within the company To manage all the recruitment transactional processes to include:
1. Insure all internal paperwork relating to the recruitment process is signed and filed (including internal resource requests) 2. To check and post all job adverts on to external job websites, company website and relevant social media sites 3. Overseeing the recording and tracking of job applications, logging CVs on Sharepoint 4. Formatting CVs 5. Arranging interviews, booking interview rooms, e-mailing all interview invitations 6. Assist with production of relevant management information and reports - month end Day Rate Reports, Overtime reports · Liaison with external advertising agencies and temporary recruitment agencies · To support the Resourcing team on various projects including the development of a Magdalene Talent Pool. · Contract issue - updating Active Contractors list, collating all Contractor compliance documents (Ltd. company/Umbrella company details, Insurance details, passport copies/visas, H&S documents, company Induction, Personal details forms, references, Cyber Security documents (Huawei contractors) Monitor contract/insurance/visa expiry dates Creating timesheets Processing timesheets at the end of each month (obtaining approvals from Line Managers, matching timesheets with invoices, checking rates etc.) and forwarding for approvals Updating rotas/trackers (contractors planned shifts, contractors actual shifts worked as per month end timesheets, sickness/holidays, new PO numbers for specific contractors/teams received) To deal with and resolve queries relating to recruitment and advertising To undertake routine office duties to support the central resourcing team To resolve operational difficulties, reviewing and recommending changes to procedures to improve overall service
General Duties:
To maintain professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support staff in their development and training. To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job. To maintain internal database Carry out any other duties which your Line Manager may reasonably request within the broad parameters of your role Carry out all work in accordance with the company quality procedures Work safely at all times in accordance with the companys Health and Safety Arrangements
The post holder will be the first point of contact for all matters relating to the recruitment process. In all contacts the post holder will be required to present a positive and professional image of the new central resourcing team (and process). Where dealing directly with external bodies i.e. advertising agencies and job applicants directly, then the post holder will be required to present a good image of the company
