Description: | Our client, an established Peterborough based firm of Solicitors are looking for a Legal Compliance Administrator, to Support the Office Manager for the purpose of ensuring compliance with regulatory compliance, quality accreditations, Solicitors Panel Memberships, Training requirements for the firm and all internal Policies, Plans and Procedures, and to provide general support to the Office Manager.
Skills, knowledge and abilities include: • An ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for own work • Strong team player who is both supportive of colleagues and willing to assist in different areas of the team as required, displaying tact and courtesy under pressure • Keen problem-solving skills and ability to work well in challenging situations • Sound organisational skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently and schedule activities and/or meetings for others • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work with frequent interruptions • Capable of empathising with others and understanding the issues they face • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels • Conscientious and thorough approach to the management and resolution of tasks • Extremely high level of attention to detail, accuracy in record management • Ability to interpret information and identify issues promptly • Strong knowledge and experience of standard office equipment and IT software applications
