| Description: | Our Peterborough based client are seeking a Conveyancer to join their busy Residential Property team within their expanding Solicitors practice.
Role overview:
The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload working with a wide range of clients. The required skills include the proficient use of case management and document production systems, excellent client care and communication, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
Other skills include:
• Good computer skills
• Audio typing skills with speed and accuracy
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Superior organisational skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good relationship building skills with clients.
The preferred candidate will be experienced in residential conveyancing including residential sales and purchases.
Hours – Monday – Friday – 9 – 5:30
