| Description: | This is a busy role working in a busy front of house position.
• Meeting and Greeting visitors.
• Handling all incoming calls.
• Booking in vehicles.
• Diary management
• Assisting with queries.
• Making outbound calls to customers to give updates on works need to be done etc.
• Processing payments.
• Dealing with incoming/ outgoing post.
• General administration as requested.
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 09.00 - 18.00
Candidates will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with customers at all levels and walks of life. Other necessary attributes are; a self starting approach and a systematic way of working.
