Description: | To maintain and develop relationships with over 200 customers. To ensure that all orders placed are processed and dealt with in a timely manner and delivered on time. Duties include:
• Being able to deliver excellent customer service to our customers and enjoy dealing with people • Have exceptional knowledge of our products and services, in particular planners • The ability to use the main database and tracker database to ensure all information is kept up to date (Training given) • Entering planner and other jobs onto the database and ensuring the information is current throughout the production process • Tracking jobs throughout their progress • Checking proofs where necessary • Being able to provide a concise quote for various products where necessary • Assisting the customers using Proof HQ with any questions they have • Have a problem solving attitude, being able to deal with all types of queries, complaints and problems • Being able to communicate with customers by telephone, email and mail • Updating the customer user information on the database - daily • Ensuring dispatch information is up-to-date • Supporting the customer services manager, supervisor and fellow colleagues where needed • Other tasks as required from time to time
Hours of work: 8.00 until 16.00 (0.5 hour for lunch)
