| Description: | This role involves working on a database detailing Event Attendees and find out if they are intending to attend this years Trade Show in Frankfurt.
There is no selling involved in this role! Duties will involve:
Making an outbound call to Business customers.
Providing them with information relating to the Tradeshow and how they can secure tickets.
Assisting with any queries.
Logging all activity on a Database.
It is essential that candidates have a personable telephone manner and are able to develop rapport with the customer. |
