| Description: | Our Client is a supplier of scientific equipment. Working within a small customer service team this role will involve:
• Handling incoming calls and emails from customers.
• Assisting with queries and problems.
• Processing orders onto the system.
• Updating and maintaining accurate administration.
• Will demonstrate a strong customer focus and personable communication skills.
Experience within a similar role using CRM or databases is required. Knowledge of SAP is a distinct benefit.
This is an ongoing opportunity, working within smart modern offices and plenty of free parking. Own transport is required due to the location.
