| Description: | Working on behalf of a telecoms company. This role is tasked in supporting the Project Manager who is located at a Client site - in Reading. Working within smart offices duties required include:
Collation of project information - logging this onto the Tracking system.
Uploading project information onto the site on a daily basis to allow customer to review details.
Regular review of systems to check for newly issues Purchase Orders.
Liaison with Project Managers and Logistics in St Albans regarding P/o acceptances.
Updating and maintaining a tracker detailing each project status P/os, SAP reference number and invoice value.
Updating and maintaining project files and documentation.
Checking all invoices received from Client are correct and match system records.
Liaison with Colleagues at other sites regarding P/os released for payment.
Check and update reports detailing backlogged P/os and outstanding payments.
Liaison with Project Managers and other departments as and when necessary.
Covering aspects of the Project Managers duties when away such as assigning Engineers, Updating documents, attending daily conference calls etc.
Candidates will be self starting and demonstrate a keen eye for details. It is essential you are well presented and able to represent our Client in a personable and professional manner. Strong Excel knowledge is required as is experience of working with complex speadsheets.
