Description: | The Project Administrators provides project and programme support across the organisation assisting the PMO Manager, PM, and Project Teams by supporting the management and organisation of project activities. Duties will include:
• Programme & Project Support. • Maintain project plans and trackers. • Record keeping. • Support the PM and PMO in producing consolidated reporting on status of projects and programmes. • Update RAID logs and change control registers. • Create project files and ensure documents are completed and stored in accordance with procedures and standards. • Assist in the development and maintenance of programme and project documentation libraries. • Produce clear and accurate documentation and update files and project library. • Support administration of project finance. • Schedule meetings and provide administrative support (minute taking etc). • Maintain project & resource calendar. • Support programme and project audits. • Support the PMO in preparing proposals. • Effectively and accurately communicate the status of administration activities to internal teams and customers. • Ensure customer needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner. • Share ideas for best practice and process improvement.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
• Background and previous experience in providing administration support to project teams. • Knowledge of telecommunications industry. • Understanding of project management. • Good communicator with the ability to build and establish relationships quickly. • Organised and systematic approach with good attention to detail. • Good IT skills. • Collaborating with others. • Delivering results. • Analysing problems and making decisions. • Learn continuously. • Focus on customers.
