Customer Account Manager - £15,000 - £17,000 pa - Huntingdon
To maintain and develop relationships with existing funeral home customers.To ensure that all orders placed are processed and dealt with in a timely manner and delivered to the branch on time.
Main duties
• Being able to deliver excellent customer service to our customers and enjoy dealing with people
• Have exceptional knowledge of our products and services
• The ability to use the database to ensure all information is kept up to date (Training given)
• Entering Order of Service jobs onto the database and ensuring the information is current throughout the production process
• Tracking jobs throughout their progress
• Providing proof assessment to jobs where necessary
• Have a problem solving attitude, being able to deal with all types of queries, complaints and problems
• Being able to communicate with customers by telephone, email and mail
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Checking completed jobs are correct for invoicing
• Supporting the Gateway team where needed
• Other tasks as required from time to time
Hours of work: 8.30 until 17.00 (1 hour for lunch)
