BRANDS & CONSUMER MARKETING MANAGER - £28,000 - £33,000 pa - Peterborough Development of the company identity and brand profile both nationally and globally through effective consumer marketing strategies, PR , social media sites & communication technology and the management and development of consumer database through effective digital marketing and advertising campaigns. Our client is looking for someone with passion and experience who is able to bring their ideas to the table. Some travel will be involved. Ongoing development of company website and relationships with appropriate media contacts. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Management of ‘Company Identity’ and ‘Brand Image’ – initially working closely with Production Director with regard to brand designs, NPD and branding of both current and future products/product ranges Management of company website – to include design, development, functionality, maintenance and updates To develop and manage company digital marketing and electronic media platform along with consumer database Development of consumer insight and research for all product categories within the business Development and implementation of consumer marketing strategies Development of consumer on-line ordering facility (to include products, merchandise and services) Management and development of effective PR, and social media sites (facebook, twitter etc) in conjunction with Trade Marketing Manager. Management of consumer engagement and PR (to include involvement in managing and/or attending Brands & Consumer type events) Management of media contact, including relationships with beer writers and attendance of media events as appropriate Liaison with all business functions – Sales, Finance, Operations & Brewing Attend company functional Sales Meetings to brief and update sales teams on planned marketing initiatives as appropriate Accompany MD/CD at industry functions as required Working alongside the Marketing Manager Dealing with consumers
