Description: | Full Time Receptionist/Administrator – Temp to Perm - £14,000 - £15,000pa
Our client and its future is totally reliant on its customers, and as a Receptionist, you will create a first and last impression for these clients over the phone or when visiting the office.
Duties include: • Answering phone and greeting visitors. • Monitoring all people entering/leaving the building and issuing passes to visitors/contractors. • Keep Reception area tidy and free of deliveries. • Booking meeting rooms on and off site. • Screening calls and keep phone lists up to date. • Provide administrational and secretarial duties to a high standard. • Order office supplies and other adhoc duties when needed. • Update computer systems and provide admin support for projects. • Other Office Services related tasks as required.
Skills Needed: • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Computer literate with Microsoft Office. • Flexible in approach. • Passionate about people. • Able to create a reception environment that you are proud of. Hours – Monday to Friday 08.45am – 17.30pm
