Description:Job Purpose:

Effectively supervise & operate all of the company relationships with Colleges, corporate learners and awarding organisations. Reporting direct to the National Account Manager and to ensure the company consistently meets or exceeds the required performance standards set by College contracts and other PTI stakeholders including internal.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Supervise the registration of students to relevant examining body ensuring this is monitored and tracked accordingly.
• Responsible for liaising with in respect of claiming, verifying and gaining certification for our students.
• Ensure all Certification Claims are processed within the allocated Timeframes and working with the Lead IV to Authorise efficiently.
• Supervise the auditing of College forms as required, amending and assisting tutors to ensure all paperwork is correct.
• Ensure full documentation and filing of College Paperwork is completed in relation to Audit Purposes.
• Liaise with the Accounts Team to implement the raising of Invoices with College Partners where necessary.
• Supervise the Achievement paperwork and certifications that are needed for the College Partners, liaising with Tutors where necessary.
• Ensure the Compliance Team department is adequately resourced, in particular to meet the requirements of above.
• Liaise with HR and RTMs in the delivery of tutor induction and continuation training on all aspects of College / Quartz / Corporate administration.
• Department Reports to be sent to National Account Manager in relation to Certification issues and College Funding Issues on a Daily/ Weekly Basis.
• Be a goodwill ambassador by the courteous treatment of all customers, ensuring at all times the professionalism of the company is upheld.
• Ensure that company procedures are adhered to and actions documented where necessary.
• Maintain your own health & safety and that of staff and students in accordance with the companys health & safety policy.

• Customer Service experience
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
• Keyboard and IT Literate
• Communication - written and Verbal
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Strong Team player with flexible approach.
• Ability to work with other internal departments and build good relationships.
