Responsibilities: • Contacting potential customers and presenting a company’s product or services in order to maximise sales. • B2B calls. • Appointment setting. • Warm and cold leads. • Managing databases. • General Administration. • Generating new business. • Managing existing accounts. • Meeting targets. • Calling prospective clients • Up-selling and Cross selling. Skills: • Applicants for the job should have excellent verbal communication skills as it requires describing products or services in order to persuade a customer to purchase, place an order or agree to a trial period. • The ability to use relevant computer systems is vital for this position as is the ability to use initiative and think quickly • The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate a good level of communications and a persuasive telephone manner. • Applicants who demonstrate experienced sales techniques will be at an advantage in securing a position.
