Pension Administrator – Peterborough – 12 months contract - £9.33 ph • Postal duties o Opening post o Scanning and allocating tasks on Altair o Management of the UK Pensions email inbox (responding to queries straight away if possible, or scanning and creating tasks if not) o Identifying same day pay critical tasks and raising them at the daily meeting • Telephone queries • Processing same day non pay critical tasks o Address changes o Bank changes o Acknowledge and return original certificates o Password resets o GMP tasks o Nomination forms o Retirement set-up front sheets o Deaths with no widows • Scanning of completed work and allocating to Altair • Update spreadsheet logs to track deaths, issues, correspondence etc
Required experience • Familiar with Microsoft Office and proficient in MS Word • Good organisational skills • Used to working to deadlines and prioritising work • Good English and letter writing skills • Good level of computer literacy • Good customer service skills Previous experience of working in a fast-paced pension administration team would be advantageous.
