Description: | Our client, a busy electronics production company based in Papworth are looking for an experienced customer support administrator to join their team. The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the sales and customer service.
The duties of the role will consist of the below:
• Acknowledging Orders and loading them onto SAGE • Booking transport. • Taking call offs from customers over the phone. • Completing Job sheets. • Despatching goods through SAGE. • Taking payments form VISA customers. • Directing inbound phone calls to relevant departments. • General Administration. • Gathering paperwork for registration. • Issuing and chasing documents. • Completing forms to be uploaded onto websites. • Completing handover packs.
Person specification:
• Excellent work ethic is essential. • Must be familiar with Microsoft office, particularly Excel. • Familiar with SAGE.
