Our client is a large Manufacturing Business based on the outskirts of Market Deeping who are looking for an experienced Sales Order Processor to join a highly successful company, who have been going from strength to strength over recent years!
Responsibilities include:
• Reporting into the Manager you will provide administrative support to the team based at this site. Key responsibilities will be: • Process sales orders & quotations accurately via System Advantage • Organising and coordinating sales orders and associated procedures in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency • Provide customers with quotes and confirmations • Processing sales orders received via telephone, fax and email • Maintain accurate job filing systems • General Admin duties • Email statements to customers • Some Invoicing • General reception duties • Being the first point of call to customer over the phone and face to face.
Required skills: • Coming from a Manufacturing background is preferable • Using (System Advantage) is preferable • Good Excel skills • Good communicator
This is an ideal role for someone who is able to work as part of a team, but also using their own initiative to proactively handle enquiries; seeing through to resolution.
Working Hours: 08.00am – 16.30pm or 08.30am – 17.00pm (Flexible)
