Duration: 2 weeks initially. However the company are recruiting for a permanent person so a possible temp to perm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet required service levels for customer service response times. • Accurately maintain records using the company database, making sure all records are detailed and clear at all times. • Ensure your filing is robust so you can retrieve information as required. • Processing bookings and orders when required. • To assist the Customer Service Manager with approving telesales and website orders each day. • To welcome delegates onto their course and to provide them with all essential guidance and support documentation at the required timeframes whilst on course. • To ensure student certificates are dispatched and recorded within the required timeframes. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times to be able to inform customers accurately on their queries, refreshing and updating knowledge as required. • Ensure course logs are scanned and saved into the appropriate files. • Ensure unwanted paperwork does not build up and is shredded regularly. • Open post each day and distribute appropriately to business. • Liaise with third party print company with regards to sending of materials. • Ensure feedback from students of a serious nature or with exceptionally good feedback straight to Customer Service Manager. • Ensure complaints log is kept fully up to date and all complaints are dealt with in line with the company complaints procedure. • Feedback on actions as required to management and colleagues.
39 hours per week, 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am until 4.30pm on Fridays.
