Description: | We are going through a number of system and process improvements within the Customer Service team at the moment, this resource would free up our experienced administrators to focus on those improvements. At the same time it will allow us to assess the level of resource within the team and potential mean that we add a headcount. The role will cover 4 key tasks; • Order Administration • Outbound calls to our customer to book in service calls for their printers • Inbound calls from our customer requesting a breakdown or service call • Scheduling Engineers to meet the requirements of the above two tasks. The candidate will need to have a very strong attention to detail, have experience in order administration and or scheduling service engineers, able to keep calm under pressure, quick to learn new systems tasks, experienced in using CRM, Scheduling and order system tools. Hours are 37.5 per week.
Between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm exact hours to be confirmed, and may possible need to rotate to fit with the teams shift patterns. Salary £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience
