Receptionist/Clerk Typist
A full time position has become available within the Commercial Department for a Receptionist/Clerk Typist
The key responsibilities are: Answering telephone and directing calls Distribution of incoming mail Organising/franking outgoing mail Assist in preparation/completion of quotations/order of costs Type up order confirmations, shipping invoice invitation letters, etc. File management of hard copies to files or scanned copies to server Assist in up-dating technical specifications or production of new ones to be used on quote system Photocopying Greeting visitors and offering refreshments Preparation of internal lunches Arranging courier documentation
Ideally the candidate will have the following Key skills and abilities: Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Very good working knowledge of Excel Good Communication skills Working to time scales and having a sense of urgency Working in a team to achieve goals
