Temporary Contract - Approximately 6 Months - £10.65 ph
The Customers Services Representative will be part of the Orders Management team within the Supply Chain Group.
The Customer Services Representative will be responsible for supporting other Account Coordinators on critical customer requirements and will also have tasks that require the individual to work directly with customers.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Daily communications with internal and external customers Data analysis and reporting Order processing and Tracking (including Internal Orders / 8044's) Order grief resolution (including Pricing Issues, transport issues) Customer query resolution for issues related to order to delivery Approving Bill of Loading documents Provide cover for other team members on defined tasks (GT Nexus tracking) Administrative duties, including Credits / Debits Running reports (Site 150 / Site 143, OMP Reports) Support the Process Improvement team Participate in Order to Delivery projects
Skills: · Microsoft office experience (intermediate knowledge) · MFG Pro knowledge would be beneficial, however full training will be given · Lotus Notes experience would be preferred
