Description:Our Huntingdon based client is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Head of Operations in the successful implementation of Premier Training Internationals (PTI) annual business plan and budget.

Assist in the management of the training delivery function of the business and all associated scheduling, administration and resources. Duties will include:

• Assist in the efficient and effective operational performance in relation to:
o Cross referencing of National Training Schedule with website (in particular London & CPD skeleton course requests)
o Uniforms
o Equipment, Manuals & Course Supplies
o Reward and recognition (Balanced Scorecard

NPS/Survey Monkey & CPD Upsell)
o Tutor Holiday Schedule (tracking & chasing)
o Venue bookings (New venue reports, tutor info sheets, contracts, invoices, room hire)
o Tutor expenses and timesheets
o Hotel accommodation bookings
o Health & Safety (Venue Risk Assessments)

• Actively monitor and adjust all costs to ensure maximum profitability.
• Assist the Head of Operations with the recruitment, training and performance management of the operational team.
• Manage and monitor a health and safety strategy across the PTI venues.
• Effectively communicate business issues and the importance of commercial awareness to PTI tutors
• Work closely with other departments.
• Providing timely and accurate operational information.
• Providing an appropriate forum for consultation.
• Driving a decision making process.
• Effectively communicate complaints and disciplinary in relation to tutor team and/or operational staff to the Head of Operations & Senior Management Team.
• Be a goodwill ambassador for Premier Global by the courteous treatment of all customers, ensuring at all times the professionalism of the company is upheld.
• Ensure that company procedures are adhered to and actions documented where necessary
• Maintain your own health & safety and that of staff and students in accordance with the companys health & safety policy.


Skills required:

• Experience in supporting the management, planning and scheduling for a diverse team of staff with varying skills across a national and international regions.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills and attention to detail whilst applying to a commercially driven outcome.
• Team player, proven ability to work in a key interdepartmental role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Packages, particularly Excel and Word.
• Disciplined application of quality assurance processes.
• Should exert sound judgement, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
• Budget / sales figure appreciation.
• Flexible to work in non-business hours.
• Strong commercial acumen.

Hours:

8.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am until 4.30pm on Friday
