Telemarketing £7.50 per hour
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is tasked with making outbound calls to Customers and potential customers. Tasked include:
• Qualifying held data - checking contact details and that they have the correct contact name.
• Gaining an understanding of the company's current situation in terms of Appliance testing.
• Securing the opportunity to submit a quotation.
• Appointment setting for the Field Sales Team to visit.
• Providing support to the Sales Team.
• Ensuring all activity is accurately detailed on the system.
Job Requirements:
• Bright, energetic and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Professional attitude and polished telephone communication skills
• Must have strong customer service and listening skills and be able to represent the school positively to local business owners and potential hiring managers
• Must be computer literate using common applications, including Word, Excel and email
• Must know how to navigate and do research on the internet
Candidates will be expected to make approximately 100 calls per day. Which is very achievable at this company. This is an entry level role ideal for someone with customer service or Contact Centre experience. Our Client offers excellent opportunities for progression!
