Description: | Our Waterbeach client is currently seeking a sales manager to develop new and existing business in their territory.
The role will require securing business across key areas of local authorities, housing associations, NHS, education and commercial organisations. The role will require producing a sales pipeline, quotes and management reports .Liaison with other departments to ensure smooth running of projects providing excellent service to the client. Key duties will include:
To achieve/exceed sales target by developing and maintaining sales within a defined area including negotiating and closing deals, upsell /cross sell. Identify and generate sales opportunities. Maintain good working relations with clients and regularly review clients needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Liaising with other departments and clients to ensure the smooth running of Projects on time and budget. Provide management information in an accurate and timely manor and in line with financial expectations and company targets. Ensure all sales forecasts/reports are completed on a regular basis and a timely fashion. Operate within company policies & procedures at all times. Ensuring quality of service, systems. Undertake the departmental training ensuring that all staff have been given efficiently, regular staffing reviews, reviewing employee motivation and morale. Responsible for the health & safety of yourself and others at all times. Carry out work in accordance with the H&S policy, method statements, risk assessments policies & procedures.
