Description: | The purpose of the role is to ensure that suppliers and customers receive accurate information regarding orders, and to undertake occasional Marketing of the company when requested to do so. A good knowledge of Sage is important in this role. Duties will include:
• The day-to-day Order Process for the company. • Liaising with manufacturers/suppliers/customers and using SAGE 50 Accounts on a daily basis. • To ensure that customer orders accurately reflect customer requirements. • To ensure all customer invoices are raised and include all relevant costs associated with the order. • To ensure customer deposits are requested and paid prior to processing orders, where appropriate. • Liaising with the Accounts Department Managing Director on a daily basis. • Monthly Stock take. • Escalation of issues/potential issues. • Updating Supply Order Book with supplier invoice amounts received. • Payments - Processing card payments and transaction reports. • Printing - Adhoc printing of garments • General Housekeeping duties.
The ordering process is paramount to the success of the company and as such the role requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
