Description: | The post-holder will be required to work as a leader of a small office based operational team relating to the Company’s business of technical surveying, testing & inspection and contracting/installation. The role will include primary project administration responsibility for the Company’s contracting and inspection work streams and also act as back up to colleagues engaged on similar work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and motivating a team of Project Co-ordinators & General Administrators ensuring they are meeting their KPI’s within timelines • Overseeing General HR of the Administration Team • Client liaison • Project operational reporting • You will be required to work diligently to timescales. Flexibility around hours will be required. • Supporting field based technical project staff
General administration associated with projects (telephone, data processing and management)
• To motivate and manage the office administration and co-ordination team • To meet client requirements for projects (KPIs) • To develop and maintain good working relationships with clients • To efficiently administer field based projects • To ensure timely invoicing of work
The desired candidate will have knowledge of MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio and knowledge of working to quality management systems (e.g. BS EN ISO 9001).
