| Description: | Our St Ives based client is currently seeking an accounts assistant to act as support for the cashier and finance department. To ensure all work is completed with accuracy, in a timely manner, and supports the operations of the business.
Duties will include:
• Processing daily/weekly BACS payments
• Analysis of Petty cash claims
• Processing weekly cheque run
• Saving WMR(weekly management reports)
• Creating/inputting journals
• Banking
• Opening department post
• Answering phone calls
• Ad hoc duties as requested
