| Description: | This role is a job share and is responsible for collating Meter Readings from Customer equipment. This will involve:
• Receiving emails from customers detailing their meter readings. Responding to any queries.
• Inputting all readings onto the database.
• Making outbound calls to customers to chase outstanding information.
• Building rapport with clients.
• Ensuring all information is correct and received in accordance with deadlines.
• Completion of all related administration.
• Candidates will demonstrate a customer focus and have a friendly and professional telephone manner. You will be able to develop rapport with Clients and will be adept in managing Client relationships to ensure you receive the information required within the deadline.
This is a part time role working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 09.00 - 17.00
