To work as part of the C Supplies Team - responsible for inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone calls and emails. Updating websites. Have the ability to market products. Telephone experience is paramount. This role is about supplying products to Charities for them to give to people who are suffering from extreme hardship. You must not be phased by any of the difficult beneficiaries we deal with. As a Client Account Handler you will help charities with any queries that they may have regarding placing orders and their beneficiaries. Answering calls promptly, you will accurately record information and answer any questions that the client may have, promoting exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with C Supplies to ensure we maximize both the customer service and income. This role is all about delivering the highest level of client management as well as ensuring we meet our sales targets.
Ensure that client satisfaction is maintained, if not enhanced. Maintaining quality by adhering to standards and guidelines. Liaise with the team to identify priority activities, highlighting issues and implementing remedial actions. To carry out any administration duties, as required. To highlight any issues, such as complaints, in a timely manner to your line manager. Adopt a flexible approach to changes within the role. Maintain company equipment, by reporting any defects / issues immediately.
To action incoming telephone calls, by actively listening to and accurately recording the information provided. To ensure you have first class product knowledge on the goods and services we provide to the Charity sector. Be fully aware of the difference between a feature and a benefit of a product, and use these to sell to the charity Respond to emails into the organisation in a timely and efficient manner Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous responses, and action in accordance with their needs Follow agreed procedures to ensure clients calls are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Process all verbal orders in line with procedures Actively encourage new customer acquisition where possible Resolve customer complaints and concerns
