Human Resources Administrator (473565) – 3 months - Wolverhampton
Please note interviews will only be held on Tuesday 2nd June at the Wolverhampton site and so interested applicants must be available on that date. Start date is negotiable in Mid June.
First point of contact for queries over the telephone and face to face, providing guidance on Policy or escalating accordingly General HR administration including processing forms, reference requests, payroll queries and generation of HR letters and documentation Updating systems and spreadsheets Review and standardisation of HR process and practice
The HR Administrator will deliver support to their customer to improve the quality of HR services to employees as well as reducing overall cost of transactional HR processes through standardisation and centralisation.
The HR Administrator will work closely with the West HR Shared Services Team, Leaders and other teams throughout the companies Human Services Division. This is an excellent opportunity to gain HR transactional and systems experience within a fast paced working environment.
Interface with Corporate Human Resources, Compensation + Benefit and Payroll personnel to assist and support employee issues and problems Delivery of transactional HR services including maintenance of and reporting from HR systems (PeopleSoft & Kronos) Provide policy and procedure advice and guidance to employees, supervisors or managers. General administration for the HR Department Producing metrics for the HR Shared Services team and business units Complete employment verifications, filing, maintaining, and auditing employee files, ensuring legal compliance Actively participate in reviewing HR processes and recommending improvements Various other human resources related duties.
Confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team Player High level of organisation and administrative skills The ability to work in a fast paced environment Understanding of the need for confidentiality and tact/diplomacy
Deal with fast paced high volume of work Excellent PC skills, especially with spreadsheet, database and word processing packages Administrative experience within a HR environment or awareness of HR issues through relevant study
Qualified or working towards a relevant HR qualification e.g. CIPD, CPP Experience of working in a large complex business environment Experience of working in a fast paced, highly customer focused environment
