Export Documentation Clerk - Peterborough - 3 months - £10.50 ph
The Export Documentation team has responsibility to create invoices and documentation for the customers around the world. They complete required customs entries to ensure business compliance with VAT.
Export Documentation is part of the Finance Group a department of over 100 people worldwide.
The Export Documentation Clerk position is a fantastic entry level opportunity for those either with a Finance background or with an interest to progress their knowledge in this area.
This is a fast paced environment with the opportunity to interact with customers from around the globe and get a greater understanding of the global nature of the company. This role will give candidates the opportunity to increase knowledge of the export process. You will receive exposure to and training on INCO terms and letters of credit.

Creating and providing invoiced and documentation to external customers.
Working with the freight forwarders and shipping companies to ensure accurate and timely export documentation.
Ensuring customs and VAT declarations are conducted, responding to set deadlines.
Involvement in continuous improvement projects within the Export Documentation Team.
Develop positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
