Description: | As Sales Support Administrator you will be looking after the administrative needs of the Pre-Sales and Sales staff. Duties will include: • Working alongside the Office Administrator to schedule meetings. • Maintaining and managing emails to a group Pre-Sales email address within a defined SLA. • Working closely with Pre-Sales Consultants to track leads throughout their lifecycle. • Documenting with accuracy a new lead all the way through to closure. • Verifying and confirming won leads through to internal Transitions Management. • Retrieving updates from Account Managers and assigning Sales Support colleagues on leads. • Maintaining leads through a tracking Matrix and Microsoft CRM. Basically you will receive tenders, and documents etc. which needs to be processed between the teams using client portal and internal systems, tracking deadlines at all the various stages which need to be flagged up with relevant parties.
Working hours are 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills and attributes: • Excellent organisational, communication and documentation skills. • IT literate with MS office – particularly the use of Excel. • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. • Must be confident prioritising tasks. • Work well within a team. • Good sense of judgement.

Dependent upon experience and skills we offer a remuneration package which may include: • Salary package £17k - £23k depending upon experience • Group Pension plan – 1% company contribution • 23 days annual holiday in addition to UK Bank Holidays.
